Beef Dog Food Recipe
Equipment
- 2 large cooking pots or pans
- 2 stirring spoons, one for meat and one for vegtables
- 1 masher optional
- 1 scale optional
Ingredients
- 6 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 lb Organic Baby Spinach
- 2 lbs Organic Brussels Sprouts
- 5 lbs Organic Sweet Potatoes
- 1 (6.5g) scoop *Optional* Native Pet - The Daily Vitamin Supplement # of scoops depends on dog's weight
- 1 pump *Optional* Native Pet - Omega Oil # of pumps depends on dog's weight
Instructions
- In one pot/pan, cook the ground meat over medium-high heat. Cook until it is browned and cooked through.
- In a separate pot/pan, add in cold water and leave water to boil on high heat. Once the water is boiling, add in your veggies (spinach, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato).
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, and place the cover over pot/pan.
- Leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Continuously stir until the vegetables are tender.
- Once both meat and veggies are cooked, drain any excess water/oils.
- Combine both meat and veggies in one pot (pot/pan of your choosing)
- Once all combined, mash meat and veggies together. When done leave to cool down.
- *Optional* Using a scale, weigh and portion your dog’s food depending on their weight.
- *Optional* Add in your desired supplements
